My product is damaged—what do I do?


If you believe your FERKIN product has a defect or has been damaged, we would first like to say that we’re so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. We would be more than happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of a new product from our website.


To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  1. Returned with 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  2. Unworn or unused in original packaging.


If you opt for an exchange, your new order will be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above.
