My face covering is damaged—what do I do?

If you believe your Ferkin mask has a defect or has been damaged, we would first like to say that we’re so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. We would be more than happy to provide you with either a refund or an exchange of a new mask from our website.

 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  1. Returned with 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
  2. Unworn or unused in original packaging.

 

If you opt for an exchange, your new order will be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated above. Depending on your location, we may charge a small freight fee to send your replacement product.

Can I return my mask for another reason?

Due to the hygienic purposes and the intimate nature of the products, we will only offer a refund if your order had a defect or was damaged.
